Q: WHAT is the conference schedule?

Q: What is my Ticket for the conference?
Your ticket to the conference will be a personalized email confirmation immediately after you register. A conference bracelet will be distributed on-site when you arrive at our Check-In booth with email confirmation on hand. The conference bracelet must always be worn to access the conference venue.
Q: What ticket levels do you offer?
This year we have 5 ticket levels. VIP, General Admission, Student Admission, Single Mom Admission & Group Admission. For more information, please visit our Register page.
Q: Is the conference going to be streamed online?
At this moment, we are taking this into consideration. Stay tuned.
Q: What is the refund policy?
We understand that life circumstances affect schedules; with that being said, the following refund/transfer/cancelation options are:
• Cancelations or refunds may be requested to contact@braveconference.cc through Sept. 1st, 2024. After that, no refunds will be processed.
• Ticket transfers will be available until Sept. 26, 2024.
• You are welcome to re-sell your conference registration at your discretion. Please note the BRAVE Conference is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancelations, and refunds.
• You are welcome to donate your registration to bless a family member, a friend, or another person. To do so, feel free to contact our office at (813) 933-3991, ext. 241, and we can assist you with making that happen.
Q: IS SEATING ASSIGNED?
We only offer reserved seating sections to our VIP registrants. Open seating is available throughout the conference. With that in mind, we recommend you arrive early to secure your seat. We would love to connect with you if you are a church group leader. Please contact us at (813) 933-3991 ext. 241.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE?
Our team is available to help any girl who is mobility impaired, hearing impaired, or needs special assistance. Please contact the office by calling (813) 933-3991 ext.241 or emailing contact@braveconference.cc. Feel free to visit the INFORMATION CENTER when you arrive on-site.
Q: Can my daughter come with me?
We highly recommend that you bring your daughter with you to the conference! Our recommended age for girls sharing the conference experience with you is 12 years and older. Student registration rates are available on our Register page.
Q: Can I bring my baby with me?
Your baby is welcome at BRAVE Conference! Our Mother’s Room will be open throughout the conference, where you and your baby (newborn to one-year-old) can sit back, relax, and share the conference sessions on screen with other mommies! We highly recommend that you register your baby for Childcare Admission. Space is limited.

We encourage you to register now before it’s sold out. Prices may increase throughout the year and on the day of the conference.
